Hi all,
I thought I'd introduce myself so... Hi I'm Tippy and I am in a commited relationship looking for others to play and explore with. I'm also interested to find out if there is a place where poly under 35 people meet up. The few play parties I've been to have been populated with people way older than I which has kinda turned me off from play parties altogther (not to say older is bad but 20 years older freaks me out a bit). But if there is a secret place everyone is hiding out I'd love to check it out.

    Hi Tippy. I'm a little new to the poly scene, but I am being guided by my roomate who has years of being in the local poly culture. He seems to meet a large range of partners, but a number of them seem to be in their mid 20's. I'm sure that as you become more exposed to the different facets of the bay area poly community, that you will eventually find a group of peers that you feel comfortable with and closer to your own age. In the mean time, hang in there and good luck. You seem like a nice person, and good things tend to happen to good people if they look long enough :)

    Hey! If you are into BDSM, there's a great under-40 party at the Citadel called Bent.

    There aren't any under-35 play parties (or at least publicly-announced ones) but there should be. If you want advice on getting one together, message me - I hold play parties at my house every once in a while.

      You guys are so awesome! I have been to kinky salon... But the last time I went the vibe wasn't quite right... Maybe it was just me? I know I'm gonna go again, but wanted to see if there was anything else. I knew about the citadel party but I would say I'm a more of a pretend BDSM I like the look but not all that goes with it... maybe.. a Baby BDSM? heh.. I dunno..
      Maybe we should schedual a play party for all under 35 some time. I think it would be cool to see who is out there... Unless all those under 35 are in hiding because they are allready being bombarded by every one else... HEH!

        If you need KS party buddies, you're welcome to join the herd, and I promise no one will skeeze on you. The KS parties are a lot of fun and a good community, but they do take some getting used to, and the vibe is sometimes off, like you say.

        As for getting together an under-35 play party, the big deal is finding a place to hold it. I'm fine with having it in my house (and my house is pretty well set up for this, having a hot tub) but I live way out by Ocean Beach, so I'm not central. I know someone with a warehouse in SOMA, but I'm not sure as to his age - I'll check.

        The under-35 crowd does tend to just hook up via friends and social connections, not explicit parties or events. Which is unfortunate sometimes, but just seems to be the way it goes.
